Sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber, gepflegter und umzäunter Garten. Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage, da die belebten Orte Winterberg und Willingen leicht erreichbar sind. Dort besteht auch am Wochenende die Gelegenheit, einzukaufen. Endlose Spaziergänge in der Natur oder Action pur, beides ist möglich. Sauerland kann tatsächlich auch Powerland.
