Viene con filtro de agua, muy cómodo para no comprar agua embotellada, contaba con los artefactos necesarios como sandwichera, horno microondas, vajilla completa, buen balcón!

− Que no tenga acondicionado en living/comedor, las sábanas percudidas, tal vez la falta de pava eléctrica.
