10.0La casa es impresionante y su ubicación también. Situación perfecta para ver el amanecer y el atardecer en Milos. Repetiríamos sin duda.

− Die Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich schön, allerdings merkt man deutlich, dass sie in die Jahre gekommen ist und wenig instand gehalten wird. Es gab einige Mängel, wie einen stark verrosteten Kleiderständer, eine Ameisenstraße über die gesamte Terrasse sowie ein elektrisches Tor, das sich nicht richtig schließen ließ. Am enttäuschendsten war jedoch der Umgang mit unserem defekten Geschirrspüler. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft haben wir darauf hingewiesen, dass das Gerät dauerhaft piepte und offensichtlich kaputt war. Uns wurde mehrfach versprochen, dass sich jemand darum kümmern würde, allerdings kam während unseres gesamten dreitägigen Aufenthalts niemand vorbei. Daher mussten wir die ganze Zeit mit dem störenden Geräusch leben. Für den aufgerufenen Preis würden wir die Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

7.0The property was nice and in a good location but unfortunately it needs some maintenance.
− It needs some repairs and maintenance. The dishwasher was broken. The air conditioning unit in the main bedroom didn’t work, the gate wouldn’t open or close unaided and the toilet seat was loose. The gardens could do with a tidy up. The shower drain was blocked and didn’t drain well. These things can all be fixed fairly easily and when they are this will be a fabulous place to stay.
