Fantastic apartment close to all the sites!

The property is gorgeous and was perfect for my family, top floor but there was a lift for my elderly mom. There truly is an awesome double view! I loved the space itself and would definitely come back here if coming back to Florence. Location is great

We absolutely loved this hidden gem! The location, room, and breathtaking views made our stay unforgettable. It truly felt like home for our family of six — the kids could relax and watch TV while we parents enjoyed some quiet time. It’s not right in the busy heart of Florence, but still within easy walking distance. Definitely worth the stay!

− The main issue we experienced was in the building outside the apartment. There are no windows, and the hallway lights turn off automatically after a short time. When that happens, it becomes completely dark, and we often needed a flashlight to use the stairs safely. Inside the apartment, the bathtub is quite high, which could be a bit slippery when getting in or out.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the river. It was very comfortable for our party of 4 (2 couples) and close to everything. Vivian and Cristian are very attentive hosts; when we couldn't locate the iron, they dropped one off for us. We did find it eventually, behind a 'secret' door in the dining room:)

− The apartment has everything you need, except a washing machine. That would have made it perfect.
