− O aparecimento de algumas baratas, talvez pela falta de inseticidas, mas zcho que se tivesse solicitado o anfitrião daria um jeito de arrumar.

Amamos a infraestrutura infraestrutura e arquitetura da casa, tinham eletrodomésticos necessários e bons para uso, além do conforto geral. E uma alexa que alegrava o ambiente diariamente.

− A limpeza do chão da casa no geral, estava com alguns vários pontos manchados e alguns pontos grudentos, o chão do banheiro não estava tão limpo e com bolores. De restante sobre a limpeza estava ok.

As instalações são bem arquitetadas.

− Foi decepcionante o período nessa Ksa. O que coloco aqui é uma crítica bem construtiva, para que os próximos hóspedes tenham uma experiência melhor. De cara, as descargas do lavabo e de um dos banheiros não funcionavam e tivemos que isolar os dois. Foi comunicado, mas até a saída não havia conserto. O vizinho abusou do som para além do volume e do horário permitido. Sem considerar a reclamação. As almofadas precisam de uma limpeza. São questões que nos fizeram pensar no alto valor do contrato dessa locação.
