2.0離錦糸町車站很近，交通方便，超市、餐廳和賣場很多，生活機能便利
− 硬體不錯(房屋很新)，但其餘就很無言！

9.0Alla struttura avrei messo un 10 se non fosse per alcuni aspetti. Però partendo dai punti a favore credo che in generale sia un nell’appartamento accogliente con due camere da letto separate dalla zona giorno. Vi era tutto il necessario considerando e non abbiamo mai cucinato ma solo scaldato nel microonde o usato il frigo. La metro sta a 6/7 minuti a piedi quindi vicino come anche diversi convenience store e Don Quichotte. Anche lo skytree lo si può raggiungere a piedi con una passeggiata di 20 minuti che abbiamo fatto al tramonto. Per gli aspetti negativi devo menzionare per forza la procedura x ottenere la chiave dell’appartamento: troppo macchinosa fa perdere buoni 20 minuti almeno e la pulizia della casa che non ho trovato perfetta! Addirittura il balcone aveva una sporcizia di mesi e il tappeto nel living è assolutamente da lavare o da togliere! Però devo dire che quando ho fatto presente questo aspetto volevano venirci incontro con una nuova pulizia del locale che ho però rifiutato anche perché avevo ormai aperto le valigie.
