− The shower floor was plastic and “gave” when standing on it, so it felt unstable getting in and out and standing on it. If remodeling, it would be good to replace. A breaker may have been switched off or something happened) the last night as the air conditioning stopped running in the middle of the night and water was cold in the early morning AM, but then it improved.
Wonderful family vacation
9.0Location is amazing! Ray was very responsive with our questions even before we came. We had an issue with the air not working one day and he quickly got someone out to fix it for us. We will stay there again.

We enjoyed it very much and appreciated the property owner. Will stay there again.
9.0We liked being in the corner unit. It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen very nicely furnished with necessities. We liked everything about it, really.
− The eating table on the porch had not been cleaned of food debris from previous tenant. Everything else was fine. The complex Immediately next door was being refurbished. We could not be on our balcony for noise and dust Monday through Friday 8 to 5. That is not the fault of our property owner though, and we understood that.
Enjoyed beach view. Very relaxing.
