10.0The apartment was well suited for our needs and in a good location. The host was excellent and helpful. Helped when we had issues with the keys which was a fault of ours. It was neat and provisions made for almost everything. Would recommend anytime, any day.

10.0Brilliant accommodation! Perfectly clean, the ideal spot for a few days in London. Great kitchen and all the extras you would need. A 5 minute walk to Charlton station then straight to London Bridge. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!

7.0The property itself was lovely. It’s in a perfect location on a quiet street, an ideal distance from the O2 arena which suited us too. Clean, spacious and bright, we had everything we needed in terms of amenities.
− The communication from the host really lets the property down, I didn’t receive any acknowledgement even after sending messages about check in. I ended up having to call the host on the train journey there which was not ideal. Thankfully, they responded with the check in details in time so it worked out in the end but the last minute stress could’ve been avoided. I also asked for them to put the sofa bed out as they knew there would be 3 guests but they didn’t do this. One issue that does need attention is the lock on the shower room/bathroom door. It is faulty and I ended up getting locked inside. I’ve noticed other reviews mention the same problem, so it would be good to see this fixed. To echo other reviews, the garden is overgrown and looks neglected but this didn’t affect us much as we weren’t using it during our stay. It’s also worth mentioning that there is another property directly above (I assume this is also owned by the host) and you can hear the other guests if they are noisy.
