10.0La maison est extrêmement bien pensée et construite. La vue est époustouflante tant le coin est privilégié et sans vis à vis. Au mois de mars, l’axe n’est pas parfait pour les couchers de soleil mais les fins d’après-midi sont un délice de couleurs. La quiétude des lieux et l’intimité sont définitivement deux gros points forts de cette propriété. La disponibilité de Patrick qui habite une maison très proche rend le tout très fonctionnel. Confort, volumes et vues sont les attributs de cette maison de rêve! Une mention spéciale au défilé quotidien des colibris ingénieusement attirés au deuxième plan juste derrière la piscine avec des plantes/fleurs dont ils raffolent.
− Si on doit absolument trouver un petit point noir, je dirais qu’en fonction du vent (il y en a eu pas mal durant notre séjour) on peut entendre légèrement le bourdonnement de la route loin en contrebas mais qui peut remonter si tous les éléments sont réunis!

− The only downside was the steep, curvy road and driveway. It can be challenging for people that typically don’t drive in these conditions.
