Good location nice apartment just a little more needed.

− Patio white plastic chairs were dirty, just needed a good clean. Cloths airer rusty. Good washing line downstairs but but had to clean and sweep the whole area.
Ate out every day to avoid enduring the stressful conditions.

− Damp in entrance hall and bedrooms. Water seeping through bedroom ceiling. Ingrained grime and broken fitments in the bathroom. Missing tiles in lounge and ceiling of toilet. Loss of internet connection from loose cabling. Kitchen had poor quality finish and was unwelcoming. The stress built up as the week progressed. Owner knew of the damp issues.This property should not have been advertised until remedial work was carried out. Owner did not accept responsibility. Beware.
