Het appartement was fijn en ruim opgezet met alle benodigdheden om makkelijk je verblijf door te komen, hierdoor konden wij hier makkelijk met plezier verblijven alsof wij thuis waren. Er is namelijk aan alles gedacht zoals een wasmachine en een vaatwasser, veel keukengerei en keukenuitzet. Huishoudelijke spullen zoals een strijkijzer en een stofzuiger. Daarnaast het allerfijnste aan het appartement, de airco welke fijn en makkelijk te stellen is vooral op hete dagen is dit een pluspunt! Daarnaast is het gehele appartementencomplex rustig en geen last van lawaai, je kijkt uit op het zwembad met een gezellig stukje terras. De ligging is ook perfect voor als je geen auto hebt, er zijn veel restaurants en winkelcentrums op loopafstand en er rijd altijd genoeg taxi’s en bussen. Mijn contactpersoon was Moni en heeft ons vriendelijk en flexibel geholpen. Wij konden wat langer in het appartement blijven, gezien onze vlucht wat later op de dag was. Al met al, een fijne vakantie appartement om lekker rustig te genieten en om zeker nog een keer te boeken in de toekomst. Ik zou dit appartement ook aanraden aan anderen!

Location and how spacious it is and polite staff.

− Communication could be improved. The address provided was incorrect, as the apartment is located at number 16 rather than 14. It was also a little confusing that the property is referred to as "Pool Apartments Tamaran" when the building itself is simply called "Apartments Tamaran." In addition, the key safe code was sent incorrectly twice, which made the check-in process more stressful than it needed to be. When I contacted the hosts regarding the Wi-Fi connection, they were unable to assist. I eventually discovered that the login details were written in a booklet stored in one of the drawers. The information provided was also inaccurate, as the Wi-Fi network for my stay was linked to apartment 118 rather than apartment 115, where I was staying. Overall, these issues could be easily improved with clearer and more accurate communication to make guests' arrivals smoother and less confusing.
