Everything pretty much. 10 mins from a really good supermarket. 20mins from Paphos Town. Right next to a forest and away from any main roads so really quiet especially at night. So much room! Nice size pool and a built in bbq. Very relaxing had a great time

− For the money it's hard to gripe about anything. The only thing missing was a table on the master bedroom balcony to make the most of the sea view while you're eating

Well maintained. Spacious and walkable distance to lovely beach. Nice views from balcony. Manager of estate was really helpful.

− Water pump is loud at night but you can switch it off when go to bed and switch back on in the morning.

The location was very nice. Big swimming pool Suitable villa for our family.

− -The house was flooded with water upon our arrival. It took the staff the entire afternoon to fix it. -There were not enough linens and towels for all guests. We had to contact the property to bring more. -The property carried out pool maintenance in the first morning without informing us in advance. We were forced to change our plans for the entire morning. -Although the house had been “cleaned” prior to our arrival, the quality of cleaning was very poor. -Strangers (likely property staff) were coming in and out of the villa during our stay. -We received an email about “noise” at 21:00 due to having music on, even though the volume was not loud. -The “no pets” policy seemed to apply only to us, as adjacent villas had dogs and the property was full of cats. -A dog barked throughout the night, disturbing our sleep. -The Wi-Fi was not working at all. -The barbecue was not properly equipped for use. -Despite losing a full day due to the property’s maintenance, no late check-out (e.g., until 14:00) was offered, even though the next guests were only scheduled to arrive the following afternoon. -On the morning of our departure, a maintenance worker was on the patio watching us while we were having breakfast, which felt intrusive.

Amazing location, fabulous pool, wonderful high ceilings and large rooms. Fantastic balcony for memory making sunsets. We had a couple of issues which were rectified so quickly. Communication was so efficient.

− The only criticism I could possibly think of is there should be 6 sun loungers and outside dining chairs rather than 4 / 5 as it sleeps 6.
