8.0Great location, fairly easy to find and get to many popular places! Would stay again
− Only issue was hot water didn’t last very long, owner did mention this to us and even listening to that and having very short showers it wouldn’t be warm/hot for even two people

7.0The location is excellent, if your GPS can find it.
− The main door is hard to open from the inside. The stairs are fairly steep and certainly unattractive. The shower curtain is moldy. The appart is in a building with others, but generally few were rented. When an appart on the 3rd floor is rented, you can hear everything.

I think that having enough hot water for a shower should be one of the minimum requirements for a rental property. This

− This property only has enough hot water for a 3minuet shower and then takes over 40minuets to heat back up again. I like to have a long shower so this was a massive disappointment for me. We were 2 people so there was only enough hot water for a very short shower for one person.
