Perfect sea view! Very polite owner! Welcome gift like bottle of wine, fruits, water and magic and very taste handmade cake! Clean rooms!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Elxis! There were six of us and an 11-month-old baby, and everything was perfect. Konstantinos and his mother were the loveliest people—so warm and welcoming. She even baked us a delicious orange cake and gifted us local wine and some tasty Greek snacks. As a sweet personal touch, she also gave me a small jar of her own olive oil! The neighbors were lovely as well, and we especially enjoyed the many friendly cats around the property—they made our vacation even more memorable. The house itself was spotless and felt brand new. We truly hope to return next year!

+The place is super clean, the view is amazing. +The air condition works very good. +There are all appliances you need. +A shadow to park under the trees. +20-25 mins walk to the center. It’s a good walk. +Accommodation is for 6 adults (4 of them are in one room with stairs) or 2 families with kids max.

− -A misunderstanding in the description, there is only 1 shower in the house, and the other one is outside. -A coffee machine will be good, because there is no near market, or coffee shop to buy coffee if you drink. -There a lot of cats from the neighbors (owners). They are beautiful good cats, but if you don’t like cats, or if you are trying to eat something outside, is interesting. -The only thing which was annoying was several notes about the quiet hours from the mother owner (from 15 to 17:30 and 23 do 7) despite we didn't listen to music, didn't make noise, just sat outside and talk, not even at loud voice and most of the day we were not in the house. We understood that it's a quiet neighborhood, and followed the rules, and despite that we were noted a couple of times, even though ATVs, motorbikes passing in the town, and even the rooster are louder than us. If they were kids with us and they are a little bit louder, it will be a problem. -The mother owner is very kind lady, she made us a cake, we made her waffles, but just everydey reminder ot things thas are already said, and written in the rules is annoying (to close the net (it was closed), to be careful with the toilet because the button sticks, to be quiet because its a quiet place). -The villa says it accomodates up to 8 people. There is no place to sit 8 people at the veranda, inside also, except if you decide to move chairs from ouside to inside.
