A perfect base for exploring all Gozo has to offer.
10.0We’re just back from such a lovely 11 nights at Citadel View Farmhouse. The house is really well equipped with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We were 5 adults so having 2 en-suite bedrooms and then a third bedroom downstairs with a bathroom next to it was perfect. The kitchen has all the mod cons and the three bedrooms have a/c (which was very much needed at the weather was hot and humid!). We loved the location. Being so near to Victoria meant we could walk into town for food and drinks (be warned, although it is only a 10 min walk it is uphill!) and there was a Lidl 5 mins drive away and a Green’s supermarket in the town. Being central meant we were no more than 20 mins drive from anywhere on island. Perfect for early morning snorkelling trips and the ferry across to Malta (which was both easy and efficient). Communication with the owners was easy and helpful and they dealt with our queries really quickly. Gozo is a beautiful island and this was an ideal home to explore it from.
− Nothing! It worked perfectly for us. One thing to note is you won’t get silence - it’s in Gozo’s capital so there’s road and noise of people going about their lives but nothing intrusive and didn’t bother us at all. Nights and neighbours were quiet!

10.0Fantastic Stay at a Beautiful Farmhouse! We had a lovely time at the farmhouse! The property is not only beautiful and well-maintained, but it’s also clean with everything you need. The location is perfect, just a short 10-minute walk up a hill into the town centre. Charles, our host, was incredibly responsive, friendly and always ready to help with any questions we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend this farmhouse to anyone looking for a peaceful and charming getaway but still close to the town centre. We’d love to return ourselves in the future!
