A great place, if not...

The house is spacious and well equipped with everything you need on vacation. The location is fine when using a rental car. Otherwise, it might require some efforts to go to the beach and climb uphill on the way back. Parking in front of the house, it is always easy to find a free spot. The host is helpful and provides support and useful tips for the stay. The quality to price ratio is outstanding. I would rate this house 8,5 out of 10, if it were not for the issue with the hidden costs, which I described below.

− I was surprised in a negative way when upon arrival, we were asked to pay an additional fee for the use of air conditioning. The amount was not small - €20 per day for 2 aircos. Even this would not be a problem if specified clearly in the description. But it was only mentioned that airco comes at an extra price. The host sent me the screenshot from FAQ, which I could not find in the text by myself. Anyway, the price has to be clearly indicated on the front page, not hidden somewhere in the sub-menu. Moreover, as an experienced traveler, I have never seen additional costs for the air conditioning. The reasoning from the host was the high energy consumption, but even that could not justify €20 per day. Being myself the specialist in electrical engineering, I can not see how 2 aircos can cost more than €3-4 per day at current electricity prices on Tenerife. As a result, we refused to pay, and the funniest thing is that we didn't need these aircos. The night on the island brings fresh breeze from the ocean, and it is enough just to open the doors to cool down the bedroom. In my opinion, all this situation is a pure manipulation, aimed for the people arriving after an exhausting trip. It is really a shame that the whole impression from such a good accommodation was spoiled by bad business strategy. Just raise the price and keep your clients happy! Apart from the above, I can only mention WiFi not working on the upper floor and some outdated items.

Super logement pour de bonnes vacances

Très bonnes vacances passées à ce logement. Rien ne manque pour être comme chez soi..mais avec le climat de tenerife 😊 Très bonne communication avec notre hôte et de bonnes informations pour découvrir l'île. Logement confortable et conforme à la description Booking. A découvrir absolument 😉 Piscine pour nous presque tt seul et calme absolu ! Seul petit bémol, les tenture sont très transparentes, donc pour les petits bonhomme il fallait attendre un peu...mais bon, c'est les vacances. Wifi perfectible également. On reviendra à coup sûr.

Квартира чистая, красивая и очень уютная. Есть вся необходимая бытовая техника, посуда для удобства проживания. Также в каждой комнате есть своя ванная комната с душем и на первом этаже общая, также балконы с красивым видом. Особенно хочу отметить удобные кровати и подушки, во всем чувствовалась забота о гостях. Есть красивая территория с бассейном и с шезлонгами, теннисный корт. Также близко ко всем достопримечательностям, хорошим пляжам, Сиам парку. Мне особенно понравился пляж(20 минут на машине) Лас Вистас: практически нет волн, вода чистая, прозрачная и теплая, желтый песок.

Очень хороший владелец, остались очень довольны. Хозяин отзывчивый и приятный, разрешили выезд даже ночью, что было очень удобно. Когда возникла проблема с канализацией, отреагировали быстро и всё оперативно починили. Отличное расположение — близко к морю. Есть бесплатная парковка. В апартаментах много посуды, есть стиральная машина. Всё было просто супер!
