− Badezimmer sah sehr renovierungsbedürftig aus (tw. auch Schimmel an der Decke vom Bad, viele flüchtige Ausbesserungen); Frühstück war grundsätzlich in Ordnung - jedoch wurde selten nachgelegt

Η προθυμία του κ.Μουράτ και του προσωπικού να εξυπηρετήσουν ήταν αξιοθαύμαστη,Στα πολύ θετικά τα χαμόγελα όλου τυ προσωπικού και η χρήση της αγγλίκής γλώσσας.Νιώσαμε λές και ήταν οικογένεια μας

Extremely Misleading and Not Worth the Rating

− The hotel and its reviews were completely misleading. In my opinion, this property should not even qualify for a 1-star rating. The condition of the hotel was far below expectations, with a strong odor, extremely outdated furnishings that looked decades old, broken furniture, and bedding that felt more like a low-quality motel than a hotel. The overall cleanliness standards were questionable and made for a very uncomfortable stay. Upon arrival, I immediately requested to cancel my reservation due to the condition of the property, yet I was still charged for the first night. I ultimately chose to leave and book another hotel. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property to other travelers.
