Dog hairs everywhere

− The apartment was not clean, kitchen and utensils were dirty. The main issue though was very dirty floors, hair and fur balls on floors in every room. If I’d realised you allowed pets I would not of booked this accommodation. Was really upset and walking with no shoes on was impossible. If anything fell on the floor it was instantly covered in hairs.
