A misleading profile and photographs
4.0The owner spoke little English but he was friendly.
− The advert for this property clearly states that what you are booking is a one bedroom apartament. In the pictures, you can also see a living room, with a dinning table and chairs. In one of them, there's even a writing desk. When we got to the apartament we were really disappointed. It was a very small studio, without a bedroom or dinning table. It was not at all what we thought we had booked. We asked the owner and he said that he has several apartaments and that he has all photos in the same Booking page. We asked if we could then change to a bigger apartment, a one bedroom flat, as we had booked, (and not a tiny studio flat), but he said he could not move us. We spent five nights in a really small place with hardly any space to cook and no proper table to have lunch or dinner. The place wasn't that clean either; there was quite a few cob webs and the toilet leaked water onto the floor. We would advise other travellers to be very careful when booking this accommodation as the profile and the pictures are misleading and you don't know what you are going to get. It is unfair to book a one bedroom apartment, thinking it also comes with a table and chairs, and, for the same price, end up in a very small studio. The owner should differenciate between his apartaments and charge accordingly.
