We had booked a deluxe room and they gave us a lower room

− It is located just at the road which is Baja main road and therefore there is always trucks passing by. The room only had one socket and the WiFi connection didn’t work when the three of us were connected. We had booked a deluxe room and we we got there they gave us a lower room. They said that booking hadn’t communicated our booking as a deluxe room but , as the names of the different type of rooms on their booking app were different as the ones on their website and on booking website, we couldn’t confirm if that was truth. As the hotel was full, they couldn’t give us the deluxe room. They cancelled our reservation on booking and offered us a cheaper tariff as the room was worse that the one we had booked . However, I think that, as it is very likely that our reservation was cheaper than the regular price, they had preferred to lower our booking reservation so that this way they could sell the deluxe room on a more expensive tariff
