We hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad in dit mooi ingerichte appartement. Alles was tip top in orde. Er zijn 2 ruime slaapkamers met fijne bedden en er is voldoende kastruimte aanwezig. In beide slaapkamers is een tv aanwezig. Badkamer met regendouche was prima. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien. Het was fijn dat er een tuin met terras bij was. Met de warme dagen was het fijn dat er zonnescreens aanwezig waren zodat het koel bleef in het appartement. De verhuurster is erg aardig en bereid om het je naar je zin te maken. We komen graag een keer terug.

Bellissimo appartamento, moderno, ben arredato e molto pulito. Cucina ben fornita e piccolo giardino molto carino. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile.

A disgrace to Austrian hospitality

I booked the accommodation, and just one hour before our departure to Austria, the host called to say there had been a mistake, they had accidentally double-booked the apartment and I needed to find another place to stay. She told me to cancel the reservation and that I wouldn’t be charged a cancellation fee, which I consider the bare minimum in this situation. I didn’t feel that she made any real effort to resolve the issue or offer compensation. As far as I know, it would have been appropriate to offer an alternative. I expected at least an apology and perhaps a gesture like a discount for a future stay.

− To make matters worse, due to the refund, I incurred an exchange rate loss of about €30, which I asked to be reimbursed. After that, the accommodation stopped responding altogether, no explanation, nothing. In my opinion, this was very arrogant and completely lacking a customer-oriented approach.

Herzlicher Empfang, saubere und erstklassig ausgestattete Unterkunft in bester Lafe für tolle Wanderungen. Hunde sind hier nicht nur gedulded, sondern willkommen. Vom Begrüßungsleckerli bis zum Hundehandtuch war alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, der Garten ringsherum auf etwa 1,60m eingezäunt und das Bett war super bequem. Besser gehts nicht :)

We had a great time! The host is super helpful, the place is cozy and we had everything we needed, including a garage with heaters for our ski gear. It is located 15 minutes from the slopes. Well equipped, clean and modern apartment.

S ubytovaním sme boli maximálne spokojní po všetkých stránkach. Všetko bolo čisté, útulné a premyslené do detailov, cítili sme sa veľmi príjemne a pohodlne. Obzvlášť nás milo prekvapil prístup k nášmu psíkovi – pripravený pelech, uteráky, maškrty aj hračka boli krásnym a nečakaným gestom, ktoré si veľmi vážime. Je vidieť, že majitelia myslia na hostí naozaj komplexne a srdcom. Určite sa radi vrátime a ubytovanie môžeme len odporučiť.
