10.0I would not hesitate to book this accomodation. The top level is all yours. It is spacious, and comfy with a nice living area, TV, kitchen and bathroom. We were a couple but if you were traveling with kids or friends the second bedroom makes this a great value proposition. I don't often recommend cooking as lot of kitchens are so basic, but if you did feel like eating in the kitchen here is actually very well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. But there is also plenty of great eating in Schiltach and the surrounds. Ute was a very proactive host and made arrival and departure so easy (Even though we got caught up hiking). She is also a incredibly sweet and friendly person. Greeting us with a hug and some lovely home made jam. She also hosts some walking tours and gave us some great advice about nearby walks and eateries.
− It isn't right next to the train station, the walk is almost entirely flat and very nice. But if you had a bigger bag and were on foot, that might be a little tough. But if you were traveling with a backpack or a smaller bag, again, the walk is very easy and pleasant.

We had a very pleasant two days in Ute ‘ apartment.
10.0We had a very pleasant two days in Schiltach. Ms. Ute the landlord is a very friendly and lovely person. We love her very much. She will explain every room very patiently. And she will also be a detailed introduction to the travel route of the Black Forest for your reference. In addition, she also prepared desserts and iced coffee in the refrigerator. If we have a chance to come back, we will choose to live in her house.

10.0Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Schiltach im Schwarzwald. Ausgezeichnete Ausstattung (sowohl in der Küche, als auch z. B. ein Bügeleisen). Die Besitzerin, Frau Droll, ist sehr liebenswürdig und der Kontakt sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. (Wir konnten Z. B. Etwas früher einchecken). Wir haben zur Begrüßung etwas Obst erhalten, was uns sehr gefreut hat.

A charming stay in the Black Forest!
10.0Ute is a lovely, kind host. She made sure we had the code to the lock box as we were arriving late but she still met us in person and welcomed us. We were also treated to delicious homemade jam, honey and bread. The flat itself is super spacious, clean and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Ute was also gracious enough to invite us for a drink and share more about life in the region. We highly recommend this accomodation and would love to go back!
