Posizione centrale. Si può andare a piedi ovunque.
− Non è indicato che il bagno è esterno. Andrebbe chiaramente indicato nella descrizione della stanza. E la scelta della colazione potrebbe essere più varia. Infine, pecca dell’essere in una posizione così centrale è che si sentono forti rumori dalla strada fino a tarda notte.
