Not the private villa experience we expected from the listing.

The owner was pleasant and helpful in person. The countryside setting is beautiful, and the house is spacious.

− The listing was not clear enough that the pool would be closed during our stay, even though the pool, pool view and outdoor area were major reasons we booked. The pool was closed and covered when I arrived. It was also not clear to us that the owner lives in an apartment above the accommodation, overlooking the patio, garden and pool area. We booked expecting a private “entire villa” experience, so this was not what we expected. We left early and booked alternative accommodation.

Wspaniała przestronna willa z ogromnym basenem zewnętrznym w przepięknym położeniu na wzgórzu z którego rozpościera się zapierający dech w piersi widok. Szczególne podziękowania dla przesympatycznych właścicieli, zawsze służyli pomocą oraz ciekawymi wskazówkami gdzie sobie pojechać żeby zjeść czy zwiedzić. Na pewno tu jeszcze wrócimy!

Pobyt w La Poderina w Toskanii to była absolutna bajka! 🌿🍷🏡 Już od pierwszej chwili zachwyciło nas magiczne położenie obiektu – wśród wzgórz, winnic i cyprysów, z zapierającymi dech w piersiach widokami na toskański krajobraz. Sam dom jest dopracowany w najmniejszym szczególe: stylowe, przytulne wnętrza, cudowny ogród, basen z panoramicznym widokiem oraz atmosfera totalnego Gospodarze są niezwykle serdeczni, pomocni i dbający o każdy detal. Polecili nam też wspaniałe miejscowe winiarnie i urokliwe miasteczka w okolicy. To idealne miejsce na wypoczynek, oraz świetna baza wypadowa do pobliskich miasteczek, albo po prostu chwilę oddechu od codzienności. Z żalem wyjeżdżaliśmy… i już planujemy powrót! 💛🍇

Our stay at La Poderina was absolutely fantastic. Great, large pool that was cleaned every day. Lovely outdoor area with a fantastic view, wood-fired pizza oven and grill. Great patio with shade. Inside the house was very nice. Large good rooms with great bathrooms. Very nice with a washing machine. A well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The owner of the house was incredibly hospitable. He arranged for wood for the pizza oven and the grill. We got fresh vegetables from the vegetable garden. And he helped us find restaurants and gave us many good tips for trips we could take around Tuscany. Incredibly hospitable and service minded. We were 6 adults who stayed there for a week. Highly recommend booking this house. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay in Tuscany at a fabulous location

The property is absolutely amazing for the dream Tuscan holiday. We were there as a group of friends and couldn’t have asked for more. You have a beautiful pool (the view from there feels like you are in a movie), enough rooms for everyone, a nice big outdoor table, a good equipped kitchen so you can cook for yourself and super friendly hosts which live one floor above you (they don’t get in your way at all and at the same time are there to help if you need). You definitely need a car for the location as it’s quite secluded but that is the beauty of those tuscan villas. You can do some nice day trips from the villa and the good supermarket is around 15 min drive from the villa. All in all a perfect choice for a wonderful Tuscany trip with friends.
