9.0住宿位置距離要町站很近，附近有超商、超商，生活機能方便！ 也有多家開到半夜的餐館，深夜不怕肚子餓。
− 1、入住五個晚上跳電四次！電壓不穩定，雖然有立馬回電，但是在浴室洗澡就馬上變冰水，很困擾。 2、浴室乾燥暖房功能似乎壞了！完全沒有作用。 3、二樓客廳木製的傢俱椅子都已破損斷裂，入住時發現有立即告知房東。 4、樓梯窄又陡，燈泡也壞了！晚上很暗走樓梯時要非常小心。
