Terrible communication, basic apartment
4.0Nothing special. Good it has two separate bedrooms, it is close to most of the ski lifts in the area (5 minutes drive)
− Basic polite communication was missing, extremely unprofessional communication from the host. Refused to answer yes/no questions, did miscommunications with the process of late check-in. It eventually worked out, but the rudeness, gaslighting and unclear process felt unwelcoming. About the apartment: - free wifi is not included (this is listed in the booking ad, be aware) - mattresses were all lumpy and worn out - toilet was tiny with a bidet cramped in - linen covers felt like plastic - warm water heating was turned off when we arrived, so we could only shower the next day after arrival I will not return to any apartment operated by Globalimmoservice.
