− The air conditioning in our original room was broken but the hotel were really helpful in moving us . For 2 weeks in July they host graduations. It was lovely to see everyone dressed up but reception was so busy you could hardly walk through it .

Children swim times apply between 07:30 and 09:00, and between 17:30 and 19:00, from Monday to Friday, and between 07:30 and 09:00 and between 17:30 and 18:30, on Saturdays and Sundays.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The relaxation pool and whirlpool close 30 minutes prior to closing times. Guests staying in the hotel can access the relaxation pool, thermal areas and gym.
Hotel Residents receive one hour complimentary use of the Spa facilities during their stay. Please note this is subject to availability on the day and cannot be booked until checked into the hotel. Spa access is guaranteed with any 50+ minute treatment which must be booked with the Spa in advance.
