Tres biens situé et très grand, prix correct

− Il n'y avaient pas assez de couverts pour tous (couteaux viande et beurre) Il n'y avaient pas des linges pour sécher la vaisselle La temperature de l'eau de la douche n'était pas constante. Par le grand pommeau de douche impossible d'avoir une temperature correcte. Par le petit juste pas très régulière. Le tout nous n'a pas empêché de profiter.
A comfortable apartment in good location.
8.0It was a spacious apartment overlooking a piazza, a museum and a church, so we liked the view from the lounge and dining rooms. The apartment was old, but comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to make a quick meal. The heating functioned well. The location was good as it was close to many attractions, cafes, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay there.
− The host put direction to the apartment from various locations, but not the bus station that we were arriving at. I sent messages to two mobile numbers on WhatsApp and booking.com, asking for directions to the apartment, unfortunately, I got no response. The code to get into the apartment was sent about an hour before checking time, which was stressful as we were a family of 4 with some suitcases and I was not sure if the host got my messages since I got no response to my texts. The sofa bed was too thin so it wasn’t very comfortable. The coffee maker & oven weren’t clean and there was no baking paper or aluminium foil to use for the oven. It would have been nice to have a couple of kitchen tea towels.

− Las instalaciones les falta una reforma. La cocina está muy vieja, los platos y cubiertos sucios... Le falta un lavado de imagen para ofrecer una calidad óptima.
