− Noisy all the time. Banging doors, heavy traffic. Dirty walls, dirty doors. Use some cleaning stuff please. No fan, no Aircon. Stuffy

8.0It's a lovely little flat decent sizes the owner was very accommodating.
− The flooring is very un even. No lock on the bathroom door. Neighbours was vacuuming at 11 at night. No toilet brush.
Pretty much as advertised but kitchen in need of some basics like a saucepan. Lovely bedrooms.
6.0The location was good. The apartment was bright and spacious. Clear instructions around using the water heater which worked a treat.
− Not as advertised. Needs to not focus on having a kitchen with all necessities as there wasn’t even a saucepan to boil some pasta in. Also temperature knob on the shower/bath was broken so was like showing in molten lava.

− This is anything but a 'delightful period conversion' its a block of run down flats full of drug addicts. Windows all covered in dusty blanlets and It smells off weed very strongly as soon as you walk in. There was a rotten mattress outside the front door, the hallways covered in unopened post with marks all over the walls. Its in a really dodgy area lots of smakheads hanging around where the bins are by the canal. The view out the window was a redelict building! The apartment its self was basic but we didnt feel safe enough to stay in the building or walk around it at night. Its not worth the price at all and i wouldnt reccommed women staying there on their own.
