Die gesamte Anlage und die Lage. 200 m bis zum Wasser mit Strand. Die Wohnung im 1.OG sehr schön und alles vorhanden was man so braucht, ab 11 Uhr Sonne auf dem Balkon bis zum Untergang. Die Tiefgarage als Parkplatz incl. Fahradkeller, Trockenraum und Waschraum.

− In der Wohnung für meinen Geschmack zuviel Gedöns.
