7.0Super Lage, auch zum Gassi gehen mit dem Hund. Alles innerhalb weniger Autominuten erreichbar. Fenster fast alle mit Insektenschutzgitter versehen.
− Sauberkeit ließ leider etwas zu wünschen übrig. Aber wir haben auch erst am Anreisetag spontan gebucht. Als wir den Toaster benutzt haben, ist die Sicherung der gesamten Wohnung ausgefallen. Es gab leider keine Informationen wo man parken kann.
Für Erstbesuch in Peenemünde und spontane Buchung ok
7.0Lage, Parkmöglichkeiten und die "festen Nachbarn" waren toll. (keine weiteren Feriengäste während meines Urlaubs) - also auch eine absolut ruhige Lage - den ganzen Urlaub lies ich die Fliegennetzgeschützten Fenster offen - auch nachts. Helligkeit und Größe der Wohnung sehr schön. Relativ neue Ausstattung, wenn auch mit Schönheitsfehlern. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos in Karlshagen. Für mich als Mama mit Kleinkind und Hund, konnte ich auch super das Auto mal stehenlassen und die Promenade in Peenemünde oder den Deich zu Fuß erkunden.
− Sauberkeit eher oberflächig - Sand des Vorgängers in Bad, tote Fliege in Küche, Spinnweben samt Futtertier an Küchendecke. Wasserdruck in der Dusche/ Badewanne mangelhaft. Evtl. Dach undicht - während des Regenwetters eines Nachts Tropfgeräusche an der Schlafzimmerdecke. Batteriebetriebenes (Wanduhr und Küchenwaage) funktionieren nicht. Gesamte Ausstattung samt Dekoartikel eher lieblos ausgewählt und wohl preisgünstig eingekauft. So auch die Putzutensilien (Besen und Handbesen plus Billigschaufel) - für eine Mutter mit Kleinkind und Hund nicht befriedigend. Zugang zum Staubsauger wäre schöner gewesen. Blackouts am Fenster grundsätzlich ok - allerdings zu wenig Stoff, um das Zimmer tatsächlich 100%tig abzudunkeln.
