Beautiful Apartment, Ideal Location, Attentive Host!

Wonderful apartment with a view to the marina accompanied by impeccable interior design with high end details. It's located directly across the street from Porto Cervo Promenade with many restaurants, shops and art galleries. The apartment community is nestled with many flowering shrubs and is quite attractive.

− Be advised that the apartment community is layered with many steps and they are necessary to arrive at the apartment. It is not suitable for people with mobility issues. The only concern is the small limited area designated for free community shared guest parking. When a space is not available you can try getting a parking spot on the public street or pay for parking at the public parking facility, also across the street; so add that into the cost of the apartment rental.

Everything about the apartment was perfect. The location is amazing, parking is super easy and the shared pool is great too. I couldn’t recommend this more to anyone.

Fantastic location, everything we needed! The hoist was very helpful! The Villa was lovely and clean. Lovely cold Champagne waiting on our arrival! Definitely be returning!
