Für eine reine Übernachtung in Ordnung um Urlaub zu machen fehlte etwas der Wohlfühlfaktor
7.0Die Räume waren sehr groß und hell. Die Einrichtung war modern und zweckmäßig. Der Blick aus dem Fenster sehr schön. Wenn man eine Unterkunft für viele Personen sucht und den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, ist diese passend. Check in mit Schlüsselsafe hat wunderbar geklappt. Kontakt zu den Vermietern sehr nett.
− Die Außenanlagen waren sehr ungepflegt. Die vollen Mülltonnen standen direkt vor der Haustür. Die Terrasse konnte nicht genutzt werden, da es keine Möbel gab. Auf der zweiten Terrasse standen volle Aschenbecher und leere Flaschen.

7.0Aussicht top Badewanne super Bettenmatrazen sehr bequem und neuwertig Die Wohnung war kühl am heißen Tagen weil es im Keller war
− War gar nicht modern sondern altmodisch und schmutzig, überall Kakerlaken, Zigarettenkippen und Scherben, die Terrasse würde leider gar nicht mal geputzt und gab’s auch kein Möbel damit man sie benutzen könnte, in das kleinste Zimmer gab’s auch noch Schimmel und roch ganz unangenehm, das Treppenhaus war ein echtes Infektionsfokar, die Sofas waren sehr schmutzig und das Boden müssten wir leider selber wischen…

7.0Große Räume. Schöne Aussicht. Ruhige Lage. Schöne Küche mit guter Ausstattung an Schränken und Geräten
− Kein Schrank/Stauraum für Putz Utensilien. Daher stand der Staubsauger und die Behälter zur Mülltrennung im Flur; der Putzeimer mit Wischmop in der Dusche. Der Duschkopf der Regendusche war verkalkt. Es gab leider nur Wassergläser

Very clean and lots of space! Great location!
9.0Location was great! No breakfast included but the kitchen had everything to prepare all kind of meals. Great communication! We would highly recommend!
− The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that didn’t have any bath towels and most of the time tourists don’t have space to carry towels especially if they only travel with carry-ons!

− Door de wat sobere inrichting van de woonkamer klonk het er heel hard. Ik vond zelf de bank niet comfortabel, maar de kinderen wel :-)
