A clean and comfortable room in a convenient location.
10.0Friendly, professional staff that helpfully honored my room request. This was also an easy to find convenient location for catching a flight from Sacramento Airport. It was in an area with plenty of dining options. Next time, I may use the airport shuttle.

− I have to call you fuss regarding my deposit each time I stay here After several phone calls I finally get a manager to help rectify the issue They charged my room for purchases another guest made They treated me like I was the issue I travel to see family or do business I loved the room but they seem after your money No accommodations for such mistakes either Won’t be going back I stay at the hotel across from yay one now So nice and professional and I get my deposit back in a timely manner
