Great spot for a weekend exploring a beautiful corner of perthshire.

Great property in a beautiful area, with plenty of space and well maintained. Very clean with nice decor and on site parking, equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend.

Quite noisy at the front of the house due to traffic noise. No blind on the velux window in the second bedroom. Side door was very difficult to lock.

A lovely cottage in a pretty location.

The location was perfect for our walking holiday and the view from the front across Lochearnhead was lovely. A well appointed cottage, spacious and well equipped.

There were no garden facilities and the traffic was noisy first thing as the cottage is very close to the road

Had a week here while we knocked off Munro’s. Stayed here 6 months ago and returned as it worked.

Location great for munro bagging. Lovely views from the cottage over the loch and surrounding hills. The drying cupboard is excellent and essential for walkers. Two bathrooms really good. Kitchen good.

The accommodation is functional rather than homely.

available, it is a functional rather than very comfortable property.

Good location as a walking base. The property had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We would consider staying again.

We generally liked the property so these are suggestions or issues to note that would improve it more so. The heating system was set too high and it was not possible to reduce the heat settings in the lounge. We certainly didn’t need to use the log fire as a result, and the outside temperature was at or near freezing each night. It seemed odd to have the windows open in the evening. We found the lounge settees quite uncomfortable. Some of the cutlery was old and had rust on although there was plenty available. Would be good to have a dust pan and brush in the property. The guest info could gave benefitted from some clear basic info about how to use each TV.
