The condominium was decorated beautifully..

− This property was a very disappointing experience and, in my opinion, falsely advertised. The listing described the condo as having a “seaside/ocean view,” which was the main reason I chose to rent it for my family. My children had never seen the ocean before, and I specifically wanted them to experience staying at an oceanfront property where they could actually see the water. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we discovered that although the condo technically faces the ocean, the entire view is completely blocked by a golf course and very tall palm trees. You cannot see the ocean at all from the condo. This was extremely misleading and heartbreaking for my children. Another major issue was that the ocean in front of the property is rocky and not swimmable. This information should absolutely be disclosed in the listing. We ended up having to drive approximately 25 minutes to Crescent Beach every day just so the children could safely swim in the ocean. Had I known this beforehand, I never would have booked this property. In addition, there were no clear instructions or information provided about where the pools were located. We had to ask other guests for directions, only to find out the pools were very far from the condo itself. Because of the misleading description and the overall disappointment, I requested a refund so we could stay somewhere else that better matched what was advertised. However, we were only given $300 back, which was not fair considering the circumstances, and we were forced to remain there for the rest of our stay. This property seems much more suited for golfers who are not interested in beach access or ocean views. For families looking for a true beach vacation experience, this was not it at all. My children were highly disappointed, and I strongly believe the listing needs to be much more honest and accurate so future guests know exactly what they are paying for.

Mamy ten zaszczyt aby juz drugi raz goscic w Southern Villa. Wrazenia jak za pierwszym razem wyjatkowe. Wszystko co jest niezbedne zostalo zawarte w mieszkaniu. Piekna okolica oraz plaza na wyciagniecie reki nie mowiac o basenach i calym kompleksie ktory swym wyposazeniem daje jeszcze wiecej przyjemnosci. Polecamy i do zobaczenia ponownie :)
