Apartamentai atitiko visus lūkesčius. Kambariai švarūs. Šeimininkai apgalvojo visas smulkmenas: pradedant nuo rankšluosčių, vonios reikmenų, virtuvės įvairių priemonių ir įrankių, patalynės ir t.t. iki informacinių žemėlapių, ką galima pamatyti ir kur nuvykti. Name yra liftas tai patogu atsinešti daiktus. Apie namą aplinka rami, yra stovėjimo aikštelė su atitvaru, už keliolikos metrų yra parduotuvė Elvi. Netoli yra kavinė (Ostmala cafe), kur maistas taip pat skanus. Iki jūros reikia paeiti link (Skultes Mols arba Jūras Priede, Camping) ten geras smėlėtas paplūdimys ir yra persirengimo kabinos.
