- Kiváló elhelyezkedés, különösen vasútbarát szemmel. - Kényelmes parkolás. - A ház körül barátságos macskák. - A kapott lakrész tiszta volt, kultúrált és jól felszerelt. - A füriben erős víznyomás, meleg víz azonnal. - Barátságos szállásadók.

− - Az udvar “félkész”, egy része lehangolóan rendezetlen. - A lakrészek túl közel vannak egymáshoz, nincs terasz, nincs külső privát szféra. - Nem lehet étkezést kérni. - A hely összességében nem rossz, de túl drága. Ennyi pénzért sokkal jobb szálláshelyeket lehet találni.
