− die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, ab 20.45 Uhr wurden im Haus oder Nebenhaus regelmäßig die Türen geknallt, Innenhof sehr laut nur durch 1 Kind bis 21 Uhr Fernsehen im Schlafzimmer war nicht als Live TV möglich, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter dazu sehr negativ, Fernseher im Wohnzimmer hängt sich während der Nutzung öfter auf Plastikstühle im Wohnzimmer voller Fettfinger, hier sollte mal gründlich gereinigt werden Regal in der Küche mit dem Geschirr viel zu hoch angebracht Waschmaschine ekelhaft (.s. Bilder )

Es war alles Perfekt! Sehr schön Eingerichtete und sauberes Appartement das keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Sehr Zentral und auch ruhig gelegen. Fußläufig das Dessauer Brauhaus zu erreichen, ein Muss! Frühstück kann man in etwa fünfzig Meter von der Wohnung einnehmen, oder auch in diversen Bäckereien und Cafés. Parkplatz nach Voranmeldung kostenlos. Kurz, alles Tippi Toppi um Dessau und auch die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden!
