− There is no lift which we knew in advance

Pleasant and well-equipped.

Quiet residential location not far from town centre. Spotless bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Recycling available. WiFi available and fairly OK. Big windows meaning very airy.

− Better quality bed linens and towels needed - towels were small and scratchy and pillows/bedding not great although v clean. Plug sockets in twin bedroom not easily accessed and then found to be very dusty.

Spacious and light with lovely big windows

− Only had 3 milk sachets which the 3 of us used when we arrived but then no milk for the following day
