Clean, spacious and great location
9.0Very easy to collect the keys. There was no hot water, but the landlord fixed it the same day. Same with providing face towels. Great location - in Frechen town center. Very close to the tram stop - 5 min walk. Cologne city center is 35 min away by tram no 7 and cost 5 euro. Close to Markt kauf (supermarket), restaurants and Hauptstrasse. Fast and reliable internet. Bedrooms are at the back, so no street noise. Landlord very responsive through WhatsApp.
− There's strange noise occuring every hour somwhere in the pipes around kitchen sink. It can scare you in the middle of the night or when you don't expect it. Got used to it after one week.

O.K., aber leider keine warme Dusche
7.0− In der Dusche gab es nur ganz kurz warm Wasser, dann wurde das Wasser kalt. Wenn man dann den Duschvorgang unterbrochen hat und nach einiger Zeit die Dusch wieder angestellt hat, kam wieder etwas warmes Wasser (für ca. 1-2 Minuten). Dann war es wieder kalt. Usw., usw. Diesen Zustand fanden wir alle (5 Personen) eigentlich nicht tragbar für 2 Nächte Aufenthalt.

8.0Lage ist sehr zentral, Wohnung groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind nach hinten gelegen und sehr ruhig. Wir hatten ein ein kleines Problem und der Vermieter hat sofort reagiert.
