5.0Not far to walk to the beach although difficult coming back up the hill! Quirky interesting property.
− No hairdryer. No freezer box in fridge to store ice and it was boiling! Smell from cess pit. Wifi very intermittent.
Quirky and different but tired and not comfortable

− Old bedding and dingy, thin, washed out and rough towels. Freezer compartment of fridge screwed shut, window to toilet screwed shut, couldn’t stand up in shower and shower curtain not efficient. Patio door from dining area not secure and could be opened from outside. Stayed one night only and moved to much more comfortable place.

7.0− there was an infestation of small black flies in the bedroom which was unpleasant and needed to be cleaned up from the bed each night.

10.0Absolutely adored the uniqueness and how quiet it was! The personal welcome touch was lovely (and delicious!) Mike was very quick at responding to any enquiries and made us feel more than welcome and left information booklets for nearby attractions as well. Would definitely stay here again
A beautiful stay for the warmer months
8.0The property is in an amazing location with a lovely garden and beautiful views. It is very quirky. It also has a well stocked kitchen. A lovely place to stay but I’d say this is more of a place for the summer/warmer months.
− We found the property a touch difficult to heat which in December is a bit of a problem. We managed to heat one area with the fan/electric heaters but the log burn which is supposed to heat all the radiators, only heats one in the entrance and the others remain cold. The log burner needs lots of kindling/ logs to get going but when we did have it going all evening, the radiators remained cold. I wouldn’t let this put you off as it’s a great property, quirky and stunning views!

− No information by email for instructions to gain access, had to call owner.freezer door inaccessible/broken, two light bulbs were out.
