Location is beautiful, oceanfront property just down from Akumal main beach & Turtle Bay. Loved watching the sunrise from the deck & listening to the waves in the evening. Comfy lounge chairs, plenty of outdoor furniture for our party of 6. Enjoyed the pool & hot tub right off the patio, jets never worked but no big deal. Lots of indoor space as well. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big well equipped kitchen & living room nicely decorated. Also right next door to Jungle Fish Cafe, yummy food & great cappuccinos!!

− Nothing, loved everything. I will point out that it is quite rocky out front of the property so you will have to walk a couple minutes in either direction to access the white sandy beaches.

Awesome, quiet, relaxing and fun.

A beautiful unit that was spacious and modern. Excellent location with pool and ocean right out the door. The pool was great. It was quiet and relaxing. It was much better than we expected. Swam with turtles just a short stroll down the beach.
