- Très mauvaise expérience !!!
1.0Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Dès le premier jour, nous avons été confrontés à une demande de supplément de 700 €, totalement inattendue et que nous avons ressentie comme une véritable arnaque. Le personnel s'est montré désagréable et peu professionnel tout au long du séjour. De plus, la propreté des lieux laissait clairement à désirer. Enfin, un certain Belgacem, membre de l'équipe de la piscine, a eu un comportement particulièrement inapproprié et irrespectueux, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus désagréable.
− - Arnaque: dès le 1er jour. L'hotel nous a imposé un supplément conséquent de 700 euros. - Plusieurs problèmes de gestion de la piscine, bar et personnel très désagréable surtout Belgacem (travaille à la piscine).

− Le bruit de la chasse d'eau et le bruit de la climatisation dans la chambre. Pas de paille pour boire les cocktails, très difficile à boire notamment pour les mojitos. Nous sommes restés coincé dans l'ascenseur, le téléphone de secours ne fonctionnait pas, grosse panique! Pas de variétés au buffet
