8.0Location was perfect. On the edge of victoria park,so a short walk direct into Bath. Parking was behind security gates. Never needed to use the car because of the location. A cosy well equipped apartment with plenty of tea and coffee and milk, perfect for a couple on a short stay in Bath.
− The noise from the above apartment (people walking around) was annoying especially at 6am in the morning. Could do with some sound proofing. No coasters or placemats which are useful to stop things getting marked. We did have to wash the glass mugs before using them as they had stains from previous use. Not a big issue, but this couldn't have been checked during cleaning.
Ideal weekend getaway.
10.0The secure parking spot is behind coded security gate. The accommodation was spotless. With everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts supplied tea and coffee with sugar and sweeteners as well as milk. The accommodation was ideal for us as a couple.
− I did not like the noise from upstairs. Footsteps, nothing more. I believe this is common for this type of property in Bath. It did not affect our stay. It was not late at night or early in the morning.

Clean modern basement studio flat with some great features for a short stay
9.0Very clean and modern. Great bathroom- hot water plentiful Nice basic studio type kitchen facilities Great WiFi Great hairdryer- full size none of the rubbish travel sizes! Lots of plugs - seems small but really important. Felt safe and secure. Free parking was useful Nice 20 min walk to centre of bath either via parks or river didn’t move car at all. Would return.
− It was winter so not relevant same way but probably only thing was lack of ventilation and windows becomes it was a basement studio. Lovely French doors you could enter /open but in summer I imagine this would get hot and might not want to leave open overnight. Staying longer is always chose somewhere with a washing machine so ideal for a couple of nights.
