Die Lage war sehr schön, das Haus an sich selber wäre auch schön, aber.... die Hygiene läßt sehr, sehr zu wünschen übrig. Sanitärbereich schmutzig, haben diesen erst putzen müssen, Sofa sehr schmutzig, Mülltonne übervoll, konnten unseren Abfall erst am Freitag in die Mülltonne geben. Klimaanlage im 1. Stock ging nicht und das bei 35 Grad. Terrasse rund ums Haus war ab neun Uhr nur Sonne, keinen Sonnenschirm, keinen Besen den man benutzen hätte können, Putzeimer sehr schmutzig und mit Müll befüllt. Küche nicht sauber, Mikrowelle, Backröhre, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Grill schmutzig, da möchte ich nichts essen. Allerdings wurde uns ein neues Geschirr und ein kleiner Sonnenschirm der nicht mal den Tisch abdeckte gebracht.

− Sauberkeit läßt zu wünschen übrig. Es wurde sich nicht um die defekte Klimaanlage im 1. Stock gekümmert. Es war kein Putzmaterial da, dass man hätte nehmen können da alles schmutzig war, Wir haben erstmal Putzmittel uns Schwamm gekauft um die Sanitären Anlagen zu putzen. Es gab kein Informationsblatt, wie es in anderen Ferienhäusern üblich ist. Wir waren schon 7 mal in Ungarn, aber so etwas schmutziges haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Habe mit der Vermieterin per Whats App kommuniziert und um eine Entschädigung gebeten zu der sie nicht bereit ist. Für diesen Preis ein absolutes No Go

Tökéletes helyszín, szép balatoni kilátás, nagyon közel a strand

Gyönyörű kilátás a Balatonra az emeleti balkonos szobából. Max. 5 perc gyalog a strand illetve a bolt és a vasútállomás is. Van grill, bográcsra lehetőség, nagy udvar, ahol kényelmesen lehet szabadtéri játékokat játszani. Szuper elrendezése van a háznak, 2 teljes fürdőszobával, kellemes közös térrel, nagy társaságnak tökéletes.

− A konyha nem volt kellőképpen felszerelve, kevés tányér, evőeszköz stb. volt 10 emberre. Az emeleti nagyobb szobában az ágynemű mintha nem lett volna lecserélve.

A közelség a centrumhoz, illetve a strandhoz. Továbbá, hogy két külön fürdő volt, kéz wc-vel a két szinten.

− A konyha felszereltsége. A hűtő mérete, lehetett volna nagyobb, valamint a kertben a fű lehetett volna rövidebb.
