− Einige Details, zB keine funktionierende Leselampe, Rollos schwer bedienbar, wäre gut, wenn einige Anleitungen in Papierform bereitgestellt würden (Passwort für WLAN, Anleitung Fernseher...)

Nettes Personal am Telefon. Lage war gut. Ausstattung war auch okay.

− Wohnung war kalt. Trotz Heizung wurde es nicht warm. Einige Lichter gingen nicht. Tür zum Wohnzimmer ging aus der Verankerung. Rollos im Schlafzimmer hätten einen erklärt werden müssen.

Location close to center and free public parking nearby

− Extremely cold apartment with broken heating. We couldn’t stay overnight and left. Host didn’t respond in time and we had to urgently made another reservation. Still waiting for a full refund.
