The view, view, view..& location.

It's all about the view and location. Absolutely stunning view of the bay and hazzard mountains. Location is very good. Good value for a family or group. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Gas stove worked well. Property manager business was great to deal with and very attentive.

− The property was a little tied and needs a freshen up. Kitchen utensils were sufficient but, a mix of old and odd things with blunt knives. There was only 1 toilet roll left for a 3 day stay. That isn't good enough for the price. BBQ was not cleaned and dirty. Beds were decent but not really a comfortable night rest. Again, need to be refreshed. Guests not allowed to use fireplace. Electric heaters were sufficient.

Wonderful view of the Hazards

The view, easy location for the many Freycinet Park walks and for the small cafes in the township. Washing facilities comfy beds quiet neighbourhood - did I mention the view? The view of the hazards.

− The property was clean and well presented, however has been well used over the years and requires some touchups.

Stunning views Brilliant location so close to the bay and the Geographe Cafe for breakfast and dinner Perfect base for exploring the Freycinet National park Well stocked kitchen and pantry Internet worked well Comfortable lounge Comfortable beds Walk in shower (i.e. not over bath)

− Bathroom was ok (shower was panelled not tiled) Toilet was not separate to the bathroom The stairs! The living area was upstairs (at street level) and the 3 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs
