La posizione centralissima. L’arredamento degli appartamenti, nuovi e ristrutturati con cura. Ascensore che arriva direttamente al piano senza uso di scale. Staff gentile e super disponibile.

Posizione ottima, monolocale spazioso e facile accesso alla camera

− Tende in camera inesistenti, durante la notte non c'era silenzio ma molta confusione, caldo essendo a tetto con condizionatore non programmabile in quanto gestito da remoto. Nel frigo non vi era neanche una bottiglia d'acqua. Prezzo da camera di hotel con servizi da b&b

La posizione era effettivamente "così centrale che più centrale non si può", come mi era stato detto dal gestore. E lo staff gestionale si è dimostrato professionale ed efficiente. La suite era spaziosa, arredata ed accessoriata in modo essenziale e spartano. Sistemazione ideale per una visita alla città

− La pulizia lasciava decisamente a desiderare, in particolare quella dei pavimenti. La parete della cucina/soggiorno accanto all'entrata necessita di ritocchi, per ripristinare il decoro estetico del locale. Una delle porte finestra della camera da letto era priva di maniglia (ho trovato la maniglia dentro al vano appendiabiti)

La posizione,veramente centrale

− L'arredamento esageratamente essenziale e scuro che aggiunto alla scarsità di luce rende l''ambiente davvero cupo,le finestre danno in una corte interna, l'assenza di uno specchio,la scarsezza di prodotti per lavarsi,della carta igienica e dei 2 asciugamani che in 3 giorni non sono mai stati cambiati,la pulizia lasciava a desiderare
