El hotel y el personal que te atienden al llegar son geniales, pero la dirección del hotel necesitaría hacer más por res
6.0El hotel y las habitaciones son geniales y están en un sitio maravilloso,
− El problema que encontram fue con la dirección del hotel, intentamos ponernos en cinta con ellos por qué era la reserva para nuestra noche de bodas y fue imposible hablar con ellos. Lo intentamos por su página web, por teléfono y a través de booking y nunca obtuvimos respuesta por su parte. Al final días antes de la reserva tuve que ir en persona al hotel para obtener a las preguntas.

6.0Muy buena ubicación y entorno muy agradable
− El día de la salida, no pudimos usar las instalaciones de la piscina a las 13h para darnos un baño después de una ruta en la montaña. Es la primera vez que nos ocurre eso en un hotel, ni usar el parking hasta esa hora. A pesar de ser pet friendly, no es apto en ningún área salvo la habitación. Había hormigas en la habitación.
